The perfect choice of harvest times, the carefully selected grapes, the particular technique of pressing grapes, the aging in wood barrels, have created a line of high quality wines, true pride of Cesare and Franco Gozzi.
Le Falme
This dry wine is obtained from grapes of Muscat late harvested in the season. The fermentation process at low temperature emphasises the aromatic flavour creating a wine characterised by a fragrant bouquet and a delicate flavour.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Ideal tasting temperature: 12° C
Ideal combined with…: aperitif, spargels, tortellini of pumpkin, pasta with aromatic erbs, with mature cheese

This great white wine is obtained from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes.
The selection of the time of harvesting the grapes, the particular technique of pressing the whole grape, and the fermentation process are all important factors that contribute to give this wine the rich bouquet which is characteristic to the variety.
Six months aging in barriques mellows the flavours and causes the bouquet to evolve from a perfume reminiscent of exotic fruits to that of vanilla and honey.

Rosso Saline
This wine is made from scrupulously selected Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes that are cultivated in a well-defined area called "Campo Saline", from where the wine gets its name.
The lean production of grapes and the care taken in the wine-making process ensure a full-bodied, red-garnet coloured, savoury and rounded flavoured wine, with an intense bouquet of wild berries.
For a full year it is stored in wooden casks to allow it to evolve and mature completely.

Vigna Magrini

This wine is made of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignong grapes, carefully selected in a small vineyard called Vigna Magrini.

Our famous wine Vigna Magrini 2004 has received the Gold Medal during the 4th International Competition of Bergamo "Emotions from the world, Merlot and Cabernet together" -16th to 18th October 2008-

In  year 2006 Vigna Magrini 2003  received a gold medal too. These two gold medals confirm the excellence of this great wine VIGNA MAGRINI.
