Garda Colli Mantovani Bianco Terre di Olfino
 
This white wine with sparkling greenish highlights is made from a mixture of grapes: Garganega (40%), trebbiano Giallo (30%), Chardonnay (20%) and Riesling Renano (10%).
This combination of varieties enhances the delicate and complex bouquet and produces a dry and slightly sour flavour.

Alcohol content: 12,50% vol.
Ideal tasting temperature: 12° C

Garda Chardonnay
 
This wine is obtained from selected Chardonnay grapes.
The gentle pressing and the separation of the must at a supervised fermentation temperature produce a wine of a beautiful pale-yellow colour with greenish highlights, a subtle bouquet and a persistent character.
This wine embodies all the typical Chardonnay features.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Ideal tasting temperature: 14° C
